    Refunds will be provided only with the original copy of the ticket purchased. However Shram Tickets will deduct a 2 Euros processing fees per returned order.

    For party venues, the rights of admission remain reserved to venue. If you were unable to enter, refunds will be provided only with the original copy of the ticket purchased.
